This location is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD)- in either a Full Time, Part Time or 1099 Contract position.
Must have NDTR/RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Key Responsiblitites May Include, But Not Limited To
• Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
• Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems.
• Participation in the care planning process.
• Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food.
Qualifications
• Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials.
• Licensed (if required by State)
• 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors.
