We boldly go.Job Summary:Trane has a new exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Service Agreement Specialist in our Southern Atlantic Service group.Under direct supervision, the Service Agreement Specialist is responsible for setting up and invoicing service agreements in our systems throughout the region. This position is required to closely interact with the Area Service Manager, Service Account Manager, and assigned service team members to ensure the timely completion of each project.• *This position can be based out of any of our Southern Atlantic Commercial Sales Offices – Charlotte, NC, Asheville, NC, Greenville, SC, West Columbia, SC, North Charleston, SC, Florence, SC, Roanoke, VA, Ashland, VA, or Kingsport, TN.Thrive at work and at home:• Benefits kick in on DAY ONE for you and your family, including health insurance and holistic wellness programs that include generous incentives – WE DARE TO CARE!• Family building benefits include fertility coverage and adoption/surrogacy assistance.• 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.• Paid time off, including in support of volunteer and parental leave needs.• Educational and training opportunities through company programs along with tuition assistance and student debt support.• Learn more about our benefits here!Responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned:• Sets-up service agreements in system applications.• Coordinates with various team members for accurate and timely invoicing of service agreements and ensures accurate preventive maintenance calls are created.• Responsible for creating technician workbooks, filing audit documentation, responding to invoice disputes and other A/R issues.• Responsible for generating, interpreting, and printing various assigned reports around service agreements.• Communicates effectively with other team members.• Work as a team to set up all agreements for the region and backfill for members on vacation.Qualifications:• High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Billing experience highly preferred.• Must have strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.Base Pay Range: $61,550 – 80,950 yearly + incentive/bonus planThis position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule – flexible work from home options available.Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
