• Send messages on LinkedIn and Indeed to potential candidates.
• Screen quick applies from the company website.
• Evaluate candidates for skills and experience.
• Hand off qualified candidates to internal recruiters for in-person interviews
Your experience as the Recruiting Assistant:
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and Indeed platforms
• Strong written communication skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
