Here at QuickSTAT, we are looking for a new Air Logistics Carrier Manager to join our Air Logistics team. This position can sit out of our New York City, Chicago, Miami or North Carolina offices. Your Role
You will review, understand and successfully implement significant new business profiles within our network solution. Oversee develop our network ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures, pricing and Quick group policies. You will work collaboratively with regional and branch management teams as required to ensure maximum client satisfaction specific to new business or enhancement of existing solutions. Your Responsibilities
• Manage the implementation of significant new business or projects within the QuickSTAT operational structure.
• Oversee and design (within North America) network enhancements with a goal to develop and implement growth strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
• Manage and support directly or indirectly client requirements to develop ad-hoc or long-term logistical solutions.
• Assist as required with contracts, service level agreements, standard operating procedures and customer-oriented processes need specific to on-boarding new business awards.
• Evaluate key indicator performance and root cause analysis to support service performance and to drive solution improvements within the QuickSTAT network.
• Liaise extensively with commercial operations and business development teams and control tower management specific to strategic initiatives and sales development projects.
• Ensure budget requirements are met as applicable
• Report to Director of Carrier Management for North America
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (Please note that this is a 24/7/365 facility and flexibility is required to work after hours, weekends and holidays)
Your Skills and Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Biopharma Courier Operations & Network Management experience
• 2+ years of experience in Clinical Trial Logistics
• GDP Training and Qualifications specific to transportation
IATA Dangerous Goods by Air certification.
