Adecco’s Direct Hire Team has partnered with a client, a leading in their industry, to assist in recruiting and hiring an experienced Quality Manager for their Olive Branch, MS operations
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing Quality Department, including related activities, projects, and personnel.
• Leading product quality initiatives, ensuring compliance and safeguarding product integrity.
• Investigating and addressing product quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency.
• Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
• Validating compliance with quality and process documentation.
• Hiring, managing, coaching and cultivating a skilled quality team.
• Preparing equipment evaluation reports and conducting inspections before product shipment.
• Documenting, monitoring, and reporting manufacturing objectives.
• Addressing and resolving design, manufacturing, and field-related challenges to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 3+ years of Quality Management experience, with proven ability to lead quality personnel.
• ISO9001 quality systems experience preferred.
• Chemical background preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and ERP Software and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerBI, etc..)
