Quality Assurance Tech ll Fulltime

As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will perform multiple scientific analyses to evaluate the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods and ensure compliance with established standards. Conduct and validate various chemical quality control (QC) assays. Compile, interprets, and documents statistical data from testing processes to either confirm compliance with established quality standards or identify deviations. Typically reports to a manager. Work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.

Key Responsibilities
• Test for Raw Materials, In-Process, and Finished Goods material by means tests. Analytical tests include acid / base titrations, hydroxyl and epoxy equivalency titrations, percent total neutralization, percent water value, percent solids value, Brookfield or Gardner viscosity values, GC and GPC testing, particle and zeta size testing, density, and conductivity testing.
• Maintain area organization and cleanliness.
• Certificate of analysis generation for outgoing material shipments.
• Monitor lab email for temporary process notes and lab work requests.

Qualifications
• High-school diploma required.
• Knowledge of Chemistry
• Preferably up to 1 year of experience
