Position Summary
• **This position follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite per week in Cumberland, RI***
The Quality Assurance Manager will be a key member of the QA Compliance team and will support the execution of assigned quality compliance activities. This role serves as a subject matter expert and is responsible for administrative planning and execution of complex and/or concurrent monitoring activities to evaluate compliance in multiple business program areas. Additionally, this role provides day-to-day project management including results reporting and issue follow-up.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years experience in a relevant field such as compliance, quality assurance, audit, deviation management, or product recalls.
• 3+ years of experience working through product quality deviations/failure.
• 3+ years of experience with internally communicating business critical decisions.
• 2+ years of experience working collaboratively with external clients as well as cross functional teams.
• 1+ year of experience managing large data sets.
Preferred Qualifications
• Comfortable presenting to a larger team.
• Familiarity with retail supply chain management.
• Experience coordinating product recalls.
Education
Bachelors Degree required or equivalent years of experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 – $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
