Description
We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in our Healthcare sector, located in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your focus will be on automating the staff and patient portal and creating the necessary framework for our operations. This role is particularly suited for individuals with a strong understanding of JavaScript and experience with WebDriverIO, Cypress, and Playwright.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the automation framework for staff and patient portals.
• Utilize JavaScript along with WebDriverIO, Cypress, and Playwright to enhance automation processes.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure the smooth functioning of the portals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise in the portals.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve the system’s efficiency and performance.
• Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards and company policies.
• Regularly update and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
• Provide technical support to staff and patients as necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Requirements
• Proficient in WebDriverIO, Cypress, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with the healthcare, hospitals, or social assistance industry
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
