Job Title: Qlik Replicate Administrator

Location: Dallas, TX or Remote

Job Description:

Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 10+ years
• 10+ Years of experience in Qlik Replicate administration
• Provide support for the Qlik Replicate instances Manage instances, add new servers, maintain resources
• Research and test new functionality in the product.
• Pair with users of the tool to train them on new functionality or troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Provide Level 3 support for end users.
• Responsible for the problems that can’t be solved by level 1 or 2 support teams.
• Should be able to dig deep into the problem to find a solution before reaching to Vendor.
• Knowledge on Linux administration.
• Knowledge on applying update packages in the server (Linux/Windows)
• Look to automate everything related to testing, deployment, and routine admin tasks.
• Collaborate with other product teams on integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Investigate new opportunities and lead POCs to help us stay current.
