What You’ll Be Doing
• Ensuring non-conformances and deviations are accurately investigated and documented.
• Tracking and trending non-conformance and other quality metrics.
• Conducting thorough investigations of non-conforming events and customer complaints.
• Writing concise and accurate event investigation reports.
• Collaborating with operations to determine root causes and appropriate CAPAs.
About You
• Be able to do the job as described.
• Skilled in dealing with people at all organizational levels.
• Knowledgeable in FDA regulations and ISO 13485.
• Proficient with office software, including database management and MS Office Suite.
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
