Key Responsibilities
• Provide a full spectrum of psychiatric services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Engage in medication management and oversee treatment plans for patients
• Conduct crisis triage and provide case management support
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions
• Share on-call responsibilities with the medical team
