Are you a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with prior experience in the field? Our Healthcare Group, renowned for providing exceptional care to geriatric patients in nursing homes, is looking for you to join our successful team.

Schedule
• 1-2 days per week
• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities
• Perform physical exams and patient observations
• Conduct patient rounds
• Record patients’ medical histories and symptoms
• Develop patient care plans and contribute to existing ones
• Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests
• Diagnose health issues and collaborate with the on-call physician

Requirements
• PMHNP/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner License in NY
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in a long-term care facility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with the elderly
• Active DEA
• Enrolled in Medicare (preferred)
• Outgoing and friendly personality
