Job Responsibilities
As a Claims Adjuster at IBP, your role will involve documenting, evaluating, and resolving Construction Defect and Property Damage claims. You will handle claim procedures, ensure compliance with quality standards, and be involved in investigating, analyzing, and verifying damages. Additionally, responsibilities include interacting with defense counsel, managing confidential information, and attending legal proceedings as required. Salary will be determined based on experience.
Qualifications For Success
To excel in this role, candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of two years of experience in property damage or construction defect claim handling, strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, a customer-centric approach, excellent organizational abilities, and the flexibility to travel occasionally.
Safety Information
