Job Description
Responsible for coordinating with the different departments (such as QA, Production, Logistics, Finance, and Purchasing) the activities needed to support the production schedule execution and finished goods timely delivery. Responsible for the short- and long-term planning and product scheduling. Also responsible for the material allocation to all process and customer orders. Responsible for collecting and organizing data required for different reports such as inventory analysis, shipment report, production performance, material requirements, etc.
Responsibilities
• Daily contact with one or multiple (internal/external) supplying plants to coordinate the supply of pharmaceutical finished product, bulk, active pharmaceutical ingredient or supporting materials.
• Engage with project stakeholders (scientists, engineers, etc.) to develop raw material demand and develop manufacturing schedules for clinical and commercial projects.
• Ensure ERP (SAP) and scheduling system (Infor) are kept up to date with the latest info and customers are informed in a timely manner.
• Participate in plant meetings, to review and improve performance.
• Manages stakeholder relationships and expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by colleagues.
• Offering innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in the supply chain specialist function.
• Creates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes.
• Influences others & is viewed as a credible and respected role model (coach/mentor) and resource among peers for onboarding/training new employees.
• Act as project lead for projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or Master level, preferably in Operations, Supply Chain or Business Management
• 3 years’ work experience in a similar environment, is preferred
• Must be experienced with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Be a team player with focus on improvement and strong drive for results
• Must possess good analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills are required
• Proven strong problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to step up and takes leadership to own challenges
• Persistent and resilient when confronted with obstacles, and resolves issues in a timely manner

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
