Job Description
To secure the successful delivery of small to medium, strategic local projects through developing, managing and executing the project plan.
• Partner with SME’s in different groups across the business in one or more hubs to develop synergies from NIQ operations organization.
• Track and communicate program objectives and progress to management and stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder interests and for all assigned projects.
• Manage program scope (documentation, change control, communication)
• Adopt and proactively use Project Management standards and proactively ensure project health checks are completed for all projects.
• To prepare project documentation (such as charters, project plans) and to update risk/issue/change/decision logs.
• Track and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
• Facilitate conversations to ensure Cross Functional Team dependencies (people and system) are planned, identifying gaps, and mitigating risks.
• Execute production readiness (sign-offs & documentation)
• Assist Program Managers where required. eg: managing a workstream part of larger program/project.
