FZ is looking for an entry-level Project Administrator for a single jobsite in Grand Rapids. This role is responsible for providing on-site administrative support to a variety of internal and external customers for a large, electrical project. This role will play a large part in executing a successful project due to being highly responsive, reliable, and accurate.

Key Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience required; construction or electrical administrative experience preferred.
• Computer Skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.) required; BlueBeam Rev preferred.
• Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and tenacity to meet the demands of each day.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player mentality and willingness to go above and beyond to help the team as needed.
• Open to change based on diverse input and feedback.
