Department 411, Life Cycle Support Programs, is seeking a Program Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will work on the OMNIBUS Contract supporting VIRGINIA, Trident, SEAWOLF and 688 delivered ships. This role involves collaboration with NAVSEA funding sponsors, Finance, Planning, Engineering and upper management. The chosen candidate will work closely with management to ensure the proper metrics are in place to manage multiple ongoing efforts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Preparation and submittal of Tasking documents
• Scheduling of all tasking in Artemis scheduling tool
• Assisting Planning Yard personnel in proper tasking and funding for emergent fleet issues
• Ensuring all efforts fall within the bounds of the current contract

Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, business, or a related field
• 0-10 years relevant experience

Preferred:
• Experience in program management, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Artemis

Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Candidate must be able to multi-task
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office including excel, Word and Power Point
• Strong presentation/meeting skills
• Attention to detail
