Position Summary:
This position will coordinate the development and administration of assessments for McGovern Medical School courses and provide administrative and educational technology support to faculty. Duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining confidential student records and grades in online systems; creating and reporting on assessments in ExamSoft and the NBME Customized Assessment Services (CAS); coordinating logistics for examinations; and maintaining and reporting on assessment data in one45. Other duties as assigned.
Position Key Accountabilities:
1. Oversees all aspects of the program activities. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project progress. Develops, implements, and manages policies and procedures.
2. Informs upper management of key activities and makes periodic progress reports.
3. Works closely with internal departments regarding strategy and collaborative opportunities.
4. Communicates with community and professionals to share objectives and outcomes. Prepares/makes oral presentations at professional meetings.
Certification/Skills:
May require program-specific certifications.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
Minimum Experience:
Five (5) years of applicable experience.
Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.

Residency Requirement:
