Job Role and Responsibility: Xilinx, Inc., a subsidiary of AMD, Inc., is hiring Program Manager to manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Drive FuSa execution towards defined milestones across all silicon development teams such as Requirements Traceability, FuSa Work Product delivery, and reviews. Work with cross-functional teams to manage the Silicon Development lifecycle according to Functional Safety standards. Drive new processes adoption and collaborate with engineering teams for continuous improvement and efficiency enhancement. Establish requirements traceability from Marketing requirements to Architecture, Silicon Design, Software Design, Verification, Validation to Safety Manual. Manage execution of safety analyses in cross- functional teams ranging from Architecture to Silicon Validation. Collaborate with System Software, Design Verification, and Silicon Validation teams to plan System Software support, STL Development, and Safety Mechanism Validation.

Qualifications: Degree required
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering or program management role
Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will accept alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related engineering or program management role.
Specific skills required: The following skills are required:
Position requires three (3) years of experience in the following:
•Requirements management tools such as Polarion or Jama;
•Project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and Tableau;
•Planning, scheduling, and tracking team activities; and
•CPU architecture.
