Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager, People Analytics, will oversee human capital projects, delivering insightful data to inform strategic business decisions. This role involves identifying key focus areas, analyzing human capital metrics, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will collaborate with Talent Advisors and management to deepen their understanding of workforce metrics and leverage data to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
• Manage projects related to human capital metrics and workforce planning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret data using various analytical and visualization tools, providing impactful insights and recommendations.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, working with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytics:
• Conduct in-depth analyses on key workforce metrics using historical and predictive analytics, along with benchmarking.
• Monitor competitive trends and incorporate relevant information into analyses.
• Identify areas of opportunity and develop recommendations for future considerations.
• Provide expertise and guidance to business partners on effectively utilizing workforce data to drive results.
Consulting:
• Build relationships across the organization, offering ongoing consultation and serving as a strategic business partner to leaders.
• Conduct needs assessments with Talent Advisors regarding workforce metrics, projects, and benchmark studies.
Skills And Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of professional experience in analytics, statistics, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in advisory services/consulting in workforce planning or people analytics.
• Project management experience in implementing analytics/technology solutions through consulting with various business stakeholders.
• Proven experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau) to build and present insights through visual analysis.
• Proficiency in analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx) and/or SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage various data points to achieve common goals.
• Organizational skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills, adept at building relationships with business partners and proactively addressing business needs.
Education:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
