Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator, where you will be integral in the packaging and trimming of spiral wound reverse osmosis elements and prepping of tubes. You will engage in material cutting, packaging, and sizing tasks using a vacuum sealer and tape to ensure the product is securely packaged. Precision is key, as you will be responsible for trimming each leaf to meet specific product diameter requirements. Additionally, you will operate a Material Cutting Machine and Sonic Welding Machine, handling raw materials and assembling element packs. Regular visual quality inspections of RO elements and maintaining a clean and safe workspace are also crucial components of this role.
Hard Skills
• Experience with vacuum sealers and tape for packaging
• Proficiency in using Material Cutting and Sonic Welding Machines
• Ability to perform precise trimming and cutting
• Capability to conduct regular visual quality inspections

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Poway, California.
Work Environment
Work alongside a team dedicated to the safe production of Reverse Osmosis Membrane Elements. You will benefit from cross-training and rotating workstations to foster growth and diversify your skill set. Be prepared to work in conditions that may include exposure to dust, varying temperatures, solvents, and machine noise, and occasionally work in tight areas inside machinery when not operational.
