Join us!About the RoleAs a Product Manager, reporting to the Director of Product Management at Anywhere Integrated Services you will:• Enhance the existing Anywhere products!• Lead day-to-day product activities from vision to roadmap to implementation• Define product roadmaps, work with engineering to build the products and coordinate across internal partners• Collaborate with business and technical groups, gathering business requirements, designing business processes, developing high level application designs to execute on the product roadmap• Identify and problem-solve barriers to adoption across the product journey• Aid in the development of cases for new features and capabilities using a blend of quantitative and qualitative insights• Gather qualitative user feedback to inform the product roadmap as well as collaborate with partners to solve urgent product issues• The ideal candidate has a consistent track record of delivering results and strategic competence as well as effective collaboration across a range of audiences to include engineers, designers and business teams, to deliver compelling, valuable, and impactful experiences to our employees and customers. They have excellent analytical insight and the ability to diagnose complex problems in a meticulous way to identify the key points of leverage to improve overall outcomes from the system. They can collaborate with a diverse set of constituencies to identify the best way to solve a cross functional problem. Finally, they excel at challenging the status quo.QualificationsAre you interested in solving such complex problems and developing new skills?
