The Opportunity
As a Product Manager for the Employee Technology & Support organization at Adobe, you are passionate about the future of the hybrid workplace and combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills. Hybrid work experiences are becoming the norm and with that we have placed a greater emphasis on our employees’ ability to be productive while working securely from anywhere on any device. The selected candidate will lead internal product initiatives to improve the employee experience and empower them to thrive at Adobe. Key projects include developing a global Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) capability, capturing employee sentiment, and other End User Compute (EUC) related technical solutions.
What you’ll Do
• Develop and communicate clear product visions and strategies
• Develop product roadmaps, business use cases, and user journeys
• Lead the development and implementation of global initiatives.
• Become the subject matter authority with the owned features and products.
• Lead the lifecycle of various technical solutions from concept to deployment to retirement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the business needs and translate the requirements into actionable product features and enhancements.
• Apply data and analytics to build informed product decisions and measure success.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates on product performance and user feedback to improve product offerings.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the End User Computing (EUC) space, using industry benchmarking information.
What you need to succeed
• Ability to proactively communicate, be an outstanding partner, and navigate critical conversations among multiple partners
• Articulate technical concepts into verbal discussions and presentations for leadership and peer review
• High level of interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision-making skills
• Understanding of new technologies and trends in the EUC space
• Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to work in virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
• Experience with testing of new products and technologies
• Experienced in managing relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $107,800 — $200,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
