Production Experience In Games, Film, Or Similar Industry
• Ensure deadlines are met and communicated clearly to stakeholders
• Experience managing development of digital content and working directly with artist and engineers
• Successful in simultaneously managing multiple internal and external development schedules
• Able to identify resource contention, dependencies, blockers, risks, and push for mitigation strategies
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage time for others
• Detail oriented, tracks performance, metrics, asset requirements, and quickly learn new concepts and terminology
• Able to lead small initiatives without significant oversight
• Experienced tracking content deliverables, invoices, payments, and budgets
• Comfortable working in Agile, Scrum, and JIRA
