POSITION SUMMARY:
The Procurement Technical Analyst is responsible for evaluating, researching, developing, and maintaining procurement systems, interfaces, QuickBase application, and all other automated solutions to support various procurement related functions.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Routinely leads multiple project activities through meeting facilitation, managing project scope and communicating progress
• Gathers information from multiple sources and independently prioritizes medium to high complexity issues to recommend appropriate direction
• Analyzes and evaluates systems and business process needs to develop, test, and implement automated procurement business processes and enhancements
• Assists in the development and implementation of enhancements to procurement systems and processes as required
• Supports quarterly Oracle Retail Cloud patches by identifying functional impacts and develops test cases and performs user acceptance testing
• Develops and maintains procurement procedure manual, frequently asked questions, dashboards, metrics, and reports to identify trends and evaluate field receiving compliance and recommends opportunities for improvements
• Measures and analyzes problem trends and validates need for process changes to maintain optimum customer support and satisfaction
• Provides demonstrations and training to MDs, DMs, Store Managers and other internal and external customers on procurement systems, tools, and applications
• Performs daily system interface audits, opens defects and Enwisen tickets to notify IT of system issues and works with IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues with procurement systems
• Simplifies and creates new efficiencies, improvements and streamlines department functions utilizing QuickBase, RPA, and other automation tools
• Develops and maintains QuickBase applications including user access roles and permissions requiring QuickBase certification
• Conducts analysis of vendor accounts and assists with research and resolving data variances regarding PO/Invoice discrepancies
• Trains and mentors procurement analysts
• All other duties as needed or required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years supply chain, sourcing or procurement experience required
• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle Cloud preferred
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret information from various sources, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present information to various audiences in both formal and informal settings
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to resolve issues, evaluate possible solutions and risks, and gain consensus; this includes the ability to resolve problems, recognize opportunities for improvement and efficiency in processes and practices
• Project lead experience and QuickBase certification preferred
• Advanced proficiency with Office365 applications (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
