The Role
Join our dynamic team as a Principal ADMS Data Model Development Engineer, where you will play a key role in ADMS project model development. In this position, you will utilize your GIS and DBMS skills and focus them on creating, maintaining, and improving initial DMS data model used by DGM software. Your will play a critical role engaging with customers to ensure full understanding and alignment of data sources and their mapping and then work on the initial data models. With your deep knowledge of GIS and their underling database technologies you will be responsible to generate working DMS data models at a rapid pace and hand them over to Power Model Engineers for further refinement. In addition to working with Power Model Engineers you will be also working with Subject Matter Experts and Model Excellence Engineers and other project engineers ensuring customer satisfaction and a velocity of project deliverables.
Your Impact
• Work with Subject Matter Experts reviewing existing customer solutions and conduct customer workshops ensuring their understanding of needs and expectations during the model development process.
• As a critical member of the modeling team you will be responsible to work with customers to define, validate, and map GIS sources for all the data needed in DMS, establish a performant ETL process, and produce initial configuration files that bring over all the data without errors.
• Manage customers guiding them to correct data input errors.
• Work with Power Model engineers to hand over data models for further development and fine-tuning.
• Contribute to other project work as necessary.
