OverviewThe International Marketing Team exists to support the growth of the Chick-fil-A Brand outside of the U.S. This role leads creative integration across International Markets and other key partners in the U.S. business.A crucial player on the International Marketing team, the Sr. Integration Lead leads the creative process for all major customer-facing campaigns inclusive of primary and secondary products, brand tentpoles, and Chick-fil-A Brand advertising campaigns in International Markets. The role partners closely with its’ US counterpart to maximize efficiencies with scale but is also responsible for developing new processes for serving each international region.The role is responsible for setting campaign creative direction for unique international campaigns, partnering with US for shared assets, and briefing division leads and agency partners for campaigns. The role is also responsible for delivering and presenting sales performance results to inform subdepartment decisions within and outside of the International Marketing Team.This role requires a strong collaborator and communicator who can tailor direction and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders, including project/channel leads, cross-functional partners, and senior division marketing leaders. This role requires an individual with both a strong creative eye and a well-rounded business acumen.Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and remotely, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.ResponsibilitiesCreative Integration Lead• Leads design of processes for International Creative development across the International business by partnering with country marketing leaders.• Manages the creative timelines and deadlines in partnership with US counterparts for briefings and creative approvals to meet the org-wide communications plan. Responsible for partnering with International and US Brand Strategy to research and create campaign creative briefs that clearly state: business goals and KPIs, and outline creative direction and deliverables.• Leads channel planning for International Marketing and coordinating multiple workstreams to deliver cohesive campaigns.• Oversees development of campaign creative assets list needed for optimization, ensuring that Division Marketing Teams clearly communicate deliverables, timelines, and specs to IHA & other agencies• Directs Agencies to create the message and concept for each campaign in Canada, Puerto Rico, and future International Divisions informing ideation, and securing final approval• Leads weekly creative review sessions with International Marketing Lead, building a schedule of work products to be presented, facilitating, and cascading feedback to all stakeholders• Responsible for seeking alignment and consistency in creative across all channels for maximum impact• Leads Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process and presentations on behalf of International Marketing• Leads Quarterly Creative Reviews across divisions to support in International alignment on creative and campaign executions• Builds post-campaign reporting and analysis schedules in partnership with Customer & Market Insights (CMI) team• Takes lead on interpreting and presenting campaigns’ business impacts (e.g., sales performance) in QBRs through coordination and partnership with CMI and Enterprise Analytics.• Support Enterprise Analytics and Customer and Market Insights in standing-up analytic support needed in International Marketing• Acts as liaison between Divisions and International Marketing, particularly with International Restaurant Experience and International Brand Strategy• Aggregate and communicate all necessary product nuances to inform a solid marketing campaign• Works with Corporate Communications to educate Staff and Field on marketing campaigns, to ensure consistency and alignment of execution across the chainNeeded Skillsets• Strategic thinking and creative evaluation• A strong attention to detail and ability to see gaps and connect dots across workstreams• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional alignment and execution• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: highly collaborative with ability to build solid working partnerships across functional groups and divisions• Exceptional ppt and keynote skills to facilitate communication• A track record of success• Strong project management skills, able to provide clarity with adaptable plans• Ability to work in a team environment and across time-zones• Leverages business judgement to inform decision making beyond creative needs• Flexibility, adaptability, resourcefulnessMinimum Qualifications• Eight years of marketing experience desired, with focus on creative development, partner management, and project management• Bachelor’s degree, with preference in Marketing, Business or Communications preferredPreferred Qualifications• 10 years of Marketing experience with a focus in developing creative systems and/or menu communications development• Experience working in operations or a restaurantMinimum Years of Experience8Travel Requirements20%Required Level of EducationBachelor’s DegreeMajor/ConcentrationMarketing, Business or Communications
