We are currently seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team in Racine. This position has dual reporting responsibilities through both the North America Programming Manager and the Manager of North America Financial Planning and Analysis and Pricing. In this role, you will have responsibility for all financial activities related to North America Financial Services, including cost control, pricing discipline, and financial review of monthly results to pursue achievement of EBIT and ROE targets. Position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with three (3) days per week on-site and two (2) days remote.
Responsibilities
• Direct Finance responsibility for pricing of North America Loan, Lease, Wholesale, & Revolving Line of Credit products. Including ownership of pricing models, monthly loading and validation of system rates, process controls / SOX support, and collaboration with internal partners (Capital Markets, FS Sales, IND Commercial, etc.)
• Interface with Capital Markets team on funding cost; including benchmark rate forecasts, funding plan structure, and financial market intelligence.
• Oversight of Industrial Rate Subsidy and Capital Concessions. Monthly validation of subsidy charged / concessions granted, tracking of relative subsidy levels over time by product and program, and Ad-Hoc analyses to support negotiations with Brands/Dealers on Capital support for special programs or big deals.
• Monitor competition and implement program simplification. In collaboration with FS Sales and IND Commercial, continuously evaluate performance of CNH product/program offerings (IND Mkt Share, UCC Share, RFMS) and execute changes to best position CNH for success and optimize subsidy spend across the portfolio.
• Auding and control of Sales Discretionary and Dealer Finance Income. Including financial management of Pool Funds to drive greater automation of flows and enhancement of balance and utilization reporting.
• Support for Monthly Management Meetings — President of North America presentations and ad hoc analysis
• Responsible for delivering three (3) forecasts per year
• Participate in the annual budget process cycle for assigned areas of responsibility
• Participate in the three-year Strategic Plan (prepared annually)
• Quarterly Press Release support
• Produce flash (preliminary actual data) of month’s results
• Analyze preliminary actual data to ensure material correctness of reported results
• Prepare financial, analytical, and interpretive reports in a timely fashion, including analysis of performance, cash flow, and capital requirements
• Deliver timely and accurate financial analysis on a broad range of complex business issues and key performance indicators
The annual salary for this role is $74,00 – $109,450 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other business-related discipline
• 6+ years relevant experience in diverse accounting/finance roles -OR- in a captive finance, banking, or financial services organization.
Preferred
• MBA and/or CFA
• Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP
• Financial product knowledge including management and control of costs, pricing, and market positioning
• Experience with SAP FI, SAP BI, Hyperion Financial Management, Cognos, Qlik, MS Power BI
