We are looking for a versatile PR and Communications Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. This hybrid role, based in our San Francisco office, will primarily support the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of LiveRamp’s US Public Relations (PR) program that reinforces LiveRamp’s platform and thought leadership position, with some Internal Communications responsibilities. The right candidate is a “do-er.” They possess notable writing skills, strong program management abilities, and experience with stakeholder management. This sharp communications professional will help nurture an always-on PR program that drives results for the business, while working directly with internal stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure alignment within an integrated Marketing team. This is a dynamic communications opportunity to bring LiveRamp’s brand story to life across external and internal audiences. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of PR.
Your Team Will:
Corporate Marketing operates within the global Marketing team under the Chief Marketing Officer. The division encompasses Integrated Marketing, Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Internal Communications, Executive Communications, Brand, Design, Content, and Social. Corporate Marketing also oversees speakers and content at RampUp, LiveRamp’s industry-leading thought leadership conference held annually in San Francisco.
You Will:
• Contribute to the corporate communications plan with a focus on media relations, thought leadership, and customer and partner voices
• Liaison with LiveRamp’s PR agency to collaboratively drive compelling, ongoing storytelling, media coverage, thought leadership, awards, and event speakerships
• Produce effective materials including press releases, blogs, bylined articles, messaging resources, speaking points, executive briefing materials, presentations, pitches, and more
• Prepare spokespersons for media interviews and speaking opportunities
• Develop external relations with key industry influencers, trade bodies, and partners
• Work collaboratively with other teams at LiveRamp, including product, go-to-market, commercial, and international
• Support Internal Communications with monthly, in-person company Town Halls at LiveRamp’s San Francisco headquarters
About You:
• 5+ years working in PR/communications
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn complex topics into simple, compelling stories
• Proficient writer with notable oral and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of how PR is evolving alongside the modern media landscape
• Relationships with business and technology press
• Experienced working with senior-level executives, including thought leadership, speaking support, and ghostwriting
• Driven, self-organized team player with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to achieve objectives amid competing deadlines
• Experience supporting B2B or SaaS product launches and working in technical industries
• Embodies a strong desire to learn, grow and collaborate with others
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in journalism, PR, or communications
• Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with ability to work in LiveRamp’s office two days a week
Bonus Points:
• Experience working at or with a PR/AR agency
• Previous experience at advertising technology, cloud or data companies, or in retail/CPG, healthcare, TV, or finserv verticals

The approximate annual base compensation range is $119,000 to $140,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
