Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power BI Analyst to join our team. This position directly supports programs which provide a broad array of information, resources, referrals, mental health coaching and specialized support for military members and their families worldwide. These programs are directly responsible for supporting military community quality of life issues.

The Power BI Analyst is responsible for defining, designing, configuring, implementing, and maintaining data analytics solutions that support the delivery of efficient, high quality services and continuous improvements. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to analyze and understand program requirements, client goals, and end user experience and needs. Constructs analysis framework, using data mining and analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze and interpret data relating to customer interactions using a variety of data platforms. Develops dynamic dashboards and reports housed in MOSAIC based on business needs. Captures, analyzes, and contextualizes data, translates the results and communicates findings and recommendations to appropriate stakeholders for improving customer service. Analyzes solution performance, utilization and trends to identify areas for improvement. This position is a remote position and requires a quiet, private, confidential space to work from as well as having access to your own reliable high-speed internet hard wired to your home or apartment (coax or fiber from the Internet Service Provider (ISP) to your home. Using a hot spot from a mobile device (tethering) or wireless ISP is not acceptable.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business processes, cybersecurity and IT risk management objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable intelligence to project teams and Government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business function leaders, cybersecurity and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights for consultant performance, compliance with SLAs, NIST, and URAC standards.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies through data analysis, recommend solutions aligning with Mission and compliance requirements.
• Support development & and implementation of automated data analysis tools and techniques to streamline reporting and compliance monitoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, cybersecurity, and project management, to ensure data analysis efforts are aligned with overall project objectives.
• Requires excellent problem-solving abilities to design and implement solutions for data quality, integration, and analytics challenges.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in a relevant fields (e.g. Data Science, Analytics or Process Administration) with 5 years of experience, or 8 years experience in lieu of degree, or PL-300 Certification and a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and developing dashboards.
• Proficiency in using Python or R for data science: data wrangling, statistical analysis, machine learning models.
• Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to design and deliver solutions independently and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to serve as technical lead for a team of data analytic and automation developers and facilitate client-facing meetings.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is required.

• Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Professional
