Pay Information $285,000 per year About The Position About Us: We operate out of two clinic sites, providing comprehensive healthcare services primarily to Medicaid patients. Established in 1972, we are a vital community resource focused on high-quality, mission-driven care. We seek dedicated Primary Care Providers experienced in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to join our team and deliver compassionate care to patients of all ages.
Practice Setting & Responsibilities: Provide primary care at multiple clinic sites, including rural locations Very low patient volume
Conduct consultations, exams, diagnoses, and manage chronic illnesses Participate in monthly meetings and quality improvement initiatives Use Athena 1 EMR efficiently (training provided if needed)
Requirements: Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Available to work 4 or 4½ days a week, with optional Sick Baby Call hours Willing to participate in shared call schedule, including telephonic and paid hospital pediatric calls
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive $270,000 to 280,000 base salary with potential for bonus incentives HRSA quality awards Opportunity for HRSA loan repayment $50,000 sign-on bonus
