The ideal candidate is an experienced BC Physician Assistant – a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an PA is required for consideration.
• Total compensation (salary + production bonuses) is $117k – $142k
• 15 ppd, but get $$ for every patient you see above that
• 184 hours of PTO plus 10 paid holidays + 1 week CME
