PRN Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance our team in Nampa, ID. As a Physical Therapist, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services, assisting patients in regaining mobility, alleviating pain, and improving overall quality of life through tailored therapy programs. Your expertise will be vital in our pursuit of providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols to optimize outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy processes, home exercises, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay informed on developments in physical therapy practices and integrate innovative techniques into patient care as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards, as well as regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• CPR certification and any additional certifications necessary per state regulations.
• Strong clinical competencies, particularly in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in computer applications for documentation and record-keeping.
Qualifications
• Less than 1 year of experience in a Physical Therapy setting.
• Strong clinical acumen in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Exceptional communication skills and a capacity for teamwork.

• Base Salary: USD (75,000 to )85,000
