We are looking for a Physical Therapist who can join our team of talented individuals who are passionate about providing the best care for their patients in their homes. You will be responsible for opening patients, assessments, evaluations, supervising PTAs, coordinating care and discharging patients.
Flexible Working Environment
We provide our staff the ability to schedule their patient visits in and around the commitments of their daily lives, allowing them to achieve the work/life balance they desire.
Qualifications
• Must have a current license to practice physical therapy in state of employment
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
• Current BCLS CPR certification
• Prior Home Health Experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, and OIG screening
