Job Description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join the Atlantic Visiting Nurse team to work 8AM-4PM including two weekends per month, the Morris or Somerset Area. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat patients in the patient’s home.
Atlantic Visiting Nurse serves patients in six counties in New Jersey: Morris, Somerset, Essex, Sussex, Union, and Warren. Atlantic Visiting Nurse services provides in-home care including, but not limited to, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Per Diem Team Members enjoy flexibility in their schedule, as well as many of the benefits that Atlantic Health has to offer.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
• High School diploma or GED required
• BS in PT
Minimum Experience
• 1 year PT experience
License/Certification
• NJ PT License, required
• BLS, required

About The Team
Atlantic Rehabilitation offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, wound care management and more. All of which are provided by a highly trained staff comprised of physiatrists; internists; physician assistants; nurse practitioners; rehabilitation nurses; physical, occupational, and recreational therapists; speech-language pathologists; social workers; psychologists; vocational rehabilitation counselors; dieticians; audiologists; and care managers.
