POSITION SUMMARY:
The People Analytics Intern will be responsible for assisting the HR Analytics and Decision Support teams by providing data-driven insights to improve decision-making in workforce management. This role will support ongoing analytics projects in process design, data engineering, building dashboards, and collaborating with HR leadership and other business stakeholders to help drive efficiency and organizational impact.
The People Analytics Graduate Intern will gain hands-on experience in systems & process design, report engineering, data analysis, visualization, and creating executive presentations. The role will work closely with experienced HR professionals and data experts. Overall, our objective is to provide an opportunity to develop valuable skills in people analytics and workforce management within the healthcare industry
Responsibilities
• Assist in the organizing, defining, and analyses of employee and organizational data.
• Support the development of reports and visualizations using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Contribute to the creation of regular and ad-hoc HR analytics reports for leadership.
• Participate in ongoing analytics projects focused on turnover analyses, workforce planning and gap analysis, performance management, and data classification.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
• Help prepare presentations and reports for senior HR leaders.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
• Currently pursuing a graduate level degree in Business Analytics, Human & Organizational Performance, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience with Excel and basic data analysis tools, preferred

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
