About the Role:
As a Pasta Cook, you will be responsible for prepping mise en place and cooking pasta for one of our two pasta stations. This part-time position requires availability on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably in casual or fine dining environments.
• Multitasking Skills: Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with ease and efficiency.
• Attitude: Positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Station Management: Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and closing down your station according to our standards.
• Preparation: Prep items for daily service and the weekly prep schedule.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for over 6 hours.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest level of quality in all menu items.
• Team Support: Carry out additional tasks as directed by management to support overall kitchen operations.
Compensation: $22-$24 per hour
