What you’ll own:
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, product management, and engineering teams to (1) set strategic goals and objectives related to Spotnana’s business with technology customers, and (2) manage customer product and service requirements.
• Work closely with the technology partner team to understand their long-term vision, business needs, challenges, and implementation requirements and provide guidance and recommendations on their travel programs
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Manage the existing contracted deliverables and grow additional business
• Manage Spotnana’s performance and budget objectives with the partner
• Develop regular reporting on volumes and establish a regular meeting and QBR pattern
• Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to develop innovative strategies that drive value to Spotnana and tech partners
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and thought leadership to tech partners on emerging corporate trends and product developments from Spotnana and the industry
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Travel Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure customer retention
• Proactively share insights, industry benchmarks, and thought-provoking ideas with the partner team to help them stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions regarding their travel programs
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop white papers, case studies, and presentations that showcase thought leadership and provide valuable resources to the partner team and their clients
Experience to bring with you
• 5+ years in a client-facing role, understanding of project management frameworks and customer onboarding lifecycle
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in an open office environment in a hybrid structure (~2-3 days a week) in Palo Alto, CA – This is not a remote-eligible role
Nice to have
• Travel experience preferred: managing corporate travel and related reporting needs, knowledge of corporate, airline, and distribution technologies
• Scrum Master or Product Owner certified
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
• Knowledge of Jira, Salesforce, and Figma preferred
• Understanding of the digital API ecosystem
• Enterprise SaaS systems

Spotnana strives to offer fair, industry-competitive and equitable compensation. Our approach holistically assesses total compensation, including cash, company equity and comprehensive benefits. Our market-based compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.
The annual cash compensation for this role is: $110,000 – $130,000
