We provide full training for those just starting their careers, as well as room for growth for more experienced candidates.

Here’s What We Need From You
• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required
• RBT certification or 40 hour RBT course completed- preferred
• Experience: Previous experience/degree in the following fields: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Child Development, Education, or has experience working with children in a licensed facility. Must have experience working with children.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability is crucial for the individual’s success
• Knowledge of Autism and provide appropriate behavioral interventions
• Integrity: You must perform your role with the utmost integrity and professionalism
• Positivity & Patience: It’s all about positive reinforcement and repetition
• Ability to work without constant oversight
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs.
Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time while working with these individuals.
Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities
Provide one on one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children who have Autism.
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during individuals sessions.
Conduct Discrete Trials, Natural Environment Teaching, and provide a variety of teaching/reinforcement methods in line with the Behavior Support Plan during individuals sessions.
Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and challenging situations with diplomacy.
Maintain proactive communication with supervisor for feedback and guidance.
