Position Summary:
A role as an Owner Site Representative (OSR) with Life Time Property Development is unique in the construction industry. It involves playing a key role in the development and construction of best-in-class Life Time facilities. Whether youre managing refreshes to existing spaces, large-scale ground-ups, or unique tenant fit-outs in premier locations, youll oversee scope, schedule, and budget for a variety of Life Time construction projects. This includes integrated management of schedules, coordination, and oversight of outside general contracting partners, and playing a critical role in building turnover.
Your effective communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in keeping all project stakeholders aligned through clear and constructive communication. Youll have a unique opportunity to continuously improve by collaborating directly with our dynamic and talented in-house Property Development partners, including Architecture, Engineering, Design, Legal, Real Estate, and Development teams.
As an OSR at Life Time, you will be responsible for advising and representing the Property Development group throughout the project lifecycle. This includes facilitating communications, ensuring contract adherence, coordinating and monitoring project delivery, managing budgets, reviewing reports, and providing insights on project progress. While the OSR is not responsible for the day-to-day construction activities, you will ensure that the contractor meets Life Times project goals.
Additionally, you will assist the Project Manager and Director in overseeing progress with the General Contractor (GC), obtaining building permits, evaluating bid proposals, developing a construction master plan, performing on-site inspections, and ensuring compliance with local and state codes.

• P6 Updates and understanding sequencing/logic
• Ability to run a complete Pull Planning Schedule session
• Provide effective, updated as-built schedule for project completion / close-out report and for archives
• Safety
• Evaluate risk mitigation plans. Gather solutions and execute resolutions to plans.
• Participate in review and updating of Pre- Task Plans
• Quality
• Assist GC in developing project specific QA/QC plan with team
• Manage Project Team responsibility to adhere toQA/QCplan
• Pre-Construction
• Support pre- construction with establishing accurate budgets related to project site logistics, scheduling & RFP process to General Contractor
• Travel
• Requires travel of minimum 50% of the time
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Years of Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in Commercial Construction (general contracting) or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• P6 Scheduling or Similar scheduling software knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word)
• Capable of running multiple commercial projects from $50M+
• Strong communication skills (articulate & clear communicator)
• Work with various groups & skill sets
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, negotiation & conflict resolution

The Kids Instructor provides best-in-class, educational/fitness-minded programming for our children. They organize, instruct and implement safe, fun and entertaining activities and games for children between the ages of three months to 11 years in the Kids Academy. Kids Instructors may also host parties and other events.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
• Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Fosters childrens cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development by instructing organized activities in accordance with the Kids Academy Schedule
• Prepares and sets up for class and transfers kids to and from programming
• Maintains records of childrens attendance, development, and incidents.
• Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe and healthy environment with respect to the toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings
• Utilizes positive behavior management techniques and communicates clearly with parents and team members
• Promotes all Junior programming to increase participation in all Kids & Aquatics programming
• Maintains the Kids Academy and other program areas by following the cleaning checklist and performing assigned tasks. Restocks supplies after each class
• Handles incidents and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
Position Requirements
• Less than a High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of all Kids On-Demand Required Learnings prior to first day of work
• First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire
Preferred Requirements
• 6+ months of teaching children ages 3 11 in similar programs or activities
• Ability to engage a group of children in an activity
• Customer service and strong communication skills
