About the Role:
In this role you will lead a team of technical leads, architects and developers through Oracle Cloud development and technical support. The ideal candidate for this position has strong development background and experience with OIC Middleware and Oracle ERP / EPM technical implementations and can oversee the development of innovative products and continually drive the technological progress forward.
What You will be doing:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive technical strategy in alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of technical professionals.
• Oversee the implementation of Oracle ERP and EPM.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Define and prioritize the technical roadmap, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
What You will need:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in Oracle financials including ERP and EPM
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing teams.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing technical strategies aligning with organizational objectives.
• Superior problem-solving skills along with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in RICE development and Patching.
• Strong experience with OIC Middleware and Oracle ERP/EPM implementation.
• Experience in application support including security, user provisioning, Oracle cloud infrastructure, patching.
