Job Overview
As an Optometrist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality eye care, performing primary examinations, diagnosing vision-related issues and ocular diseases, and evaluating patients’ visual acuity, color perception, depth perception, and eye coordination. You will analyze diagnostic results, formulate effective treatment plans, and administer therapeutic drugs as necessary. The position includes conducting thorough history and physical examinations, as well as managing emergent conditions by assessing and stabilizing patients.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary eye care to diverse patient populations.
• Conduct refractions and diagnose vision problems and eye diseases.
• Perform detailed history and physical examinations.
• Administer diagnostic and therapeutic drugs as required.
• Assess and stabilize patients presenting with emergent conditions.
• Maintain a patient load of approximately 18-20 patients daily, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, offering weekends off.
Required Skills
• Strong diagnostic capabilities in optometry.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive eye examinations.
• Ability to analyze diagnostic test results effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients.

Qualifications
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state license to practice optometry.
