Role Description
This is a part-time on-site position for an Operations Assistant at Crease Group. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day operational tasks, including but not limited to inventory management, organizing sample assortments, shipping, order fulfillment, data analysis, and providing support to the operations team. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications
• Strong operations and operations management skills
• Proficiency with Shopify
• Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service-oriented mindset and experience
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in google suite
• Experience in the apparel and manufacturing industry is a plus
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field is preferred
