A company in Rhode Island is looking to add a Mid-level engineer to their team. In this role, you will be developing their application that handles utility services for the area. This is a full-time direct hire role that requires commuting to their office 5-days a week. The ideal is skilled in C#, .NET, SQL, and some desktop exposure.
The application you will be working on helps them scale from a New England-based utility provider to a National Provider. This means you will be working on their primary analytics applications. You’ll also be clearing out any tech debt they have and developing new features on the platform. Required Skills & Experience
• Highly skilled in middle-tier development specifically using C# and .NET
• Strong experience developing in SQL
• Experience coding using WPF or WinForms
• Enthusiastic and driven
• Strong communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience using cloud technologies such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
• Experience in the Energy or Utilities space
• Any experience in stored procedures is a major plus
• 3+ years of experience
• Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience
