We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will involve managing office operations and providing support to the CEO, as well as assisting with project management tasks.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle inbound phone calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Support client communication and correspondence, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Proactively manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
Skillfully schedule appointments and maintain calendars, optimizing time management for the team.
Maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring organization, accuracy, and easy accessibility.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Skills:
Act as the CEO’s right-hand person, providing reliable assistance and support as needed.
Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables, in line with company objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules and budgets.
Assign tasks to team members and diligently track project progress to ensure timely completion.
Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work performed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
Previous administrative or office experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with office operations.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a keen willingness to learn and grow within the role.
