Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant needed for long-term contract opportunities with Yoh’s medical center client located in Fayetteville, NC.Hours: 8am-4:30 Monday through Friday (Off hour coverage is NOT currently required)Start: 7/1/2024-6/2029Scope of Care: Contract personnel shall be responsible for providing Family Practice and interventional Family Practice consultative services for: assessment, diagnostic work-up and clinic intervention, including comprehensive patient assessment, health history, physical examination, and patient education; outpatient include both scheduled and unscheduled appointments. Order and evaluate diagnostic tests as appropriate, recommend treatment and/or referral. Record/document health appraisal information, clinical assessments, treatment decision, plan of care, ongoing management and therapeutic outcomes, order medications, diagnostic test and referral consultations where needed for every patient encounter; recording will be accomplished using the electronic comprehensive patient record system (CPRS) and will be completed on the day of the encounter.What You Need to Bring to the Table:• Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner/Physician Asst.
