SAN ANTONIO Primary Care Nurse Practitioner: Transplant Focused Care
An exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join an established group practice in sunny San Antonio is now available! This is an employed position in a very special practice that is dedicated to primary care services for Hepatology and post transplant patients. This is an outpatient only practice in a large spacious clinic with on-site lab and specialty support including Infectious Disease and Oncology. You will join an amazing team of physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to their patients in an Integrated Care Model. Enjoy an organization that puts their providers’ work/life balance and satisfaction as a priority boasting minimal turnover and a true team atmosphere! The ideal candidate is a Spanish speaking Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years’ primary care experience with an active Texas license.
