• Additional Info: We are seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse in Internal or Family Medicine and 1 year of Hospital Medicine experience to work collaboratively with our Hospitalist Team. Requirements include: – 1-year experience required; 2-4 years preferred- Advanced Practice Nurse NJ State License- BLS CertificationResponsibilities include: – Examining patients admitted to the EDCoordinating all tests, examinations and treatments- Interacting with primary care physician to develop treatment plans- Maintaining hospital records and medications- Arranging follow up care for patients once they leave the hospital- Prescribing medications- Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and family members.
