• Full Time Hours: Monday
• Friday 8 AM
• 8 PM Saturday and Sunday 8 AM
• 6 PM | 8, 10, or 12 Hour Shifts Available | Flexible for Full Time | 4 Weekend Days a Month are Required Employed Average Patients seen: 4/Hour in 12 hour shift Call Schedule: No Call Compensation:
• Base + guaranteed monthly incentives with an Earning Potential of $200,000 Per Year
• Based on full time
• Great hourly Patient Volume bonus
• Individual monthly performance Bonus as well **Guaranteed minimum of 100% bonus for new providers during their first three months. Therefore, if they achieve more than 100%, they will receive a higher compensation package.** Benefits:

• Looking for a provider with excellent people skills and experience working in fast-paced environments
• Provider must be comfortable in seeing patients individually and making decisions on patient care independently
• Provider will see combined UC and COVID screening patients throughout shift, with peak daily patient volume up to 60.
• In high-demand times, medical scribes and other providers will step in to help with patient volume
