Overview
Our Award Winning Client, known for their numerous accolades and national presence, is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join their distinguished team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding area in the Charlotte/Rock Hill/Ft. Mill region, providing high-quality Level III Neonatology services.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert neonatal care at both Award Winning Client, locations in Ft. Mill and Rock Hill, SC.
• Cover Newborn Nursery (NBN) shifts, attending high-risk deliveries.
• Perform daily rounds in the NICU and well-baby nursery.
• Engage in direct patient care, focusing on the management of neonates.
• Participate in a new program at a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Mill, SC.
• Handle 24-hour in-house shifts, with an average of 8 hours of daily rounding.
• Occasionally travel between facilities as needed.
Qualifications And Skills Required
• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is essential.
• Certifications:
• National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
• Active South Carolina license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Additional Requirements:
• Flexibility to work across both Fort Mill and Rock Hill, SC locations.
• Must possess a strong background in attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal care.
• Experience with NICU environments and newborn care is critical.
